Their career has been shaped by hands-on archaeological research and international collaborations, including work on an enslaved African cemetery in Jamaica. This project focused on documenting and honoring the lives of individuals whose histories had long been overlooked.

In addition to fieldwork, the founder has contributed extensively to scholarly publications, bridging the gap between academic research and real-world application.
